My name is Dani Martín, and around 2008, I was living in London for work. Back then, I was working exclusively in the kitchen, and soon after, I took over running a restaurant in southwest London, specifically in Richmond, which I encourage everyone to visit, especially its park, one of the oldest in the city.

Since 2000, several cases of serious illnesses and the consequences they have on the family unit have proliferated in my family. As this happened, I became involved in the processes surrounding illnesses, their origins, symptom relief, and prevention. After all these years of study and experience, I can affirm that healthy habits such as a natural and organic diet, regular physical exercise, adequate rest and emotional well-being free from stress, and regular lymphatic drainage can prevent illness, maintain, and achieve a good quality of life.

In the last two years, I have specialized in organic natural foods, and I incorporate the same concept into my massages and the organic creams and oils I use daily in a conscious and sustainable way.

Training and Certifications

My culinary studies (Costa del Sol Chefs Association) and natural nutrition were subsequently accompanied by numerous courses, workshops, and book readings by renowned authors. I have also completed a chiropractor, reflexologist (CECAP), and spa and health club technician, along with various workshops and courses. I am a senior dietitian (MEDAC). I am a Qi Kung instructor registered with the Spanish Fitness Federation. I could add dozens more, but they would distract from what I truly want to convey in this text.

My philosophy

After living closely with realities such as autism, Alzheimer's, and various types of cancer, I would like to affirm that we are our most precious possessions, and to care for others, we must first care for ourselves. By investing in ourselves, we achieve well-being and quality of life. The keys are rest, physical activity, a balanced diet, and emotional well-being.
